PERSONALISATION:

• Add your requested surname for your family crest. Please bear in mind that though we have a data base of one million surnames, including clan names and Irish names. There will be occasions when a name may be quite unusual and we may not have it, so will offer the nearest if in doubt please contact us on 0177 564 0788 before ordering.

• Add a name/surname or message for line 1 above the crest up 30 characters long.

• Add a message for line 2 below the crest up to 30 characters long.

PLEASE NOTE: Each natural slate piece has imperfections with its own unique pattern.  You may find colour blemishes, spot mottling, fine grey thread lines, fissures and cracks. These imperfections are what give the slate its rustic characteristic. With this in mind when ordering this item please understand that there may be minor issues. We will be unable to refund or replace this slate gift for any issue related to these particular reasons.
