Nice quality letter opener, smaller than I thought but I did not look at the measurements. Would have liked it in a box. Recipient was delighted with it!

I placed my order very near to Xmas and in view of that I did not expect to receive it in time. In fact it was delivered on 23 Dec, not only safely and securely packed but in beautiful presentation boxes. I was informed of a delivery time and it arrived right on time. All in all I was very happy with every aspect of my purchase and will use this company again in the future.

A couple of niggles though, when ordering something you don't want delivered right away, there should be an option for delayed delivery so I had to write this in the order comments box and have no idea whether this request will be honoured and my second niggle was that prior to completing the order there was an option showing for American Express, when I got to the payment screen there was no option to pay with Amex, just Visa, Mastercard and something else I've never heard of.
