At GiftsOnline4U.com, we want to make sure your gifts arrive on time and in perfect condition. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping and delivery options:

FREE UK DELIVERY ON GIFTS OVER £30!

We offer free standard delivery within the UK on all orders over £30. Standard delivery typically takes between 2 and 7 working days.

Expedited Delivery Options (MAINLAND UK)

Tracked Next Working Day   – £6.99 

Tracked Next Working Day By 12 PM   – £11.00

Tracked Saturday Delivery By 1 PM –  £28.00

Please note: Expedited deliveries require a signature and are delivered via DPD or Royal Mail tracked services (between 7:30 AM and 7 PM).  Please ensure someone is available to sign for your parcel. You can provide your mobile number and email address for delivery notifications.

**We cannot offer expedited delivery services if a bank holiday falls on a Friday or Monday.

  • Please note that the overseas shipping our prices do not include any customs or other charges associated with the receiving country. 

 

**Important Delivery Information for Alcohol**

To comply with UK law, we require proof of age (18+) upon delivery of any order containing alcohol. Please ensure the recipient is able to provide valid identification.

 

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please follow these guidelines:

Missing, Wrong, Faulty, or Damaged Items

Contact us by phone (0177 564 0788) within 24 hours of delivery.

* We will arrange a collection or ask you to return the item via post (we cannot refund special delivery costs).

* Once we receive the item, we will replace it or issue a refund within 2-3 working days (stock permitting).

 

**Important Note:** Issues reported after 24 hours may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

 

We will not accept returned personalised items unless they are faulty.

 

* Return the item(s) in their original condition to the following address:

* We will issue a refund for the full amount minus a 20% handling charge within 10 working days for non-personalised items.

* **Please note:** Personalised items cannot be returned.

 

Exceptions:

* Personalised items can only be returned if they are incorrect or faulty.

* Manufacturer Warranty covers defective items for 12 months from the purchase date (accidental damage is not covered).

 

Need a Replacement Quickly?

* If you need a replacement item urgently, we can take a re-payment for the new item, which will be refunded once we receive the incorrect/faulty item.
