Overall, I thought it was beautiful, personalisation of text was done perfectly, very well packaged and arrived on time. My only gripe was the glasses I felt that maybe instead of being plain and boring could have had a pattern of some sort for such a beautiful gift. I purchased for a wedding.

The writing wasn’t positioned centrally. Arrived later than expected.

Lovely glass & personalised, really makes it a special present.

The bottle itself is nice and came no problems but didn’t receive the glass that was supposed to come with it. Whilst it’s not a massive deal since the glass was free it was the reason I picked this particular company as there was another that did it cheaper but I thought I’d pay a bit extra and get the free whiskey glass so was quite disappointed not to receive it and will now have to order a glass elsewhere and hope it comes in time.
