Watch has additional scratches all over the back and very hard to get hold of the company

Your whisky bottle and pewter label were just what I was after, after much searching elsewhere. If I had to grumble, it might be about limited characters one can add to label, though I appreciate space is limited. In addition, I would have liked some choice of what whisky was available, but equally understand there are business reasons why this may not be possible. Perhaps, it might be an idea to expand your bottles beyond birthdays, to those having climbed all the Munros? Anyway, these points aside I am delighted with the product and look forward to presenting it to the recipient.

Ability to have three lines of text and preview of script on tankard a bonus. Tracking update very good and tankard well wrapped. Would certainly use again.

Got this for my brother's 70th Lee Crothall It was very nice loved the pewter label

Awful print and the text wasn’t what I requested. I also wanted to leave ONE star but they blocked my request by diverting me to a “this website is now under maintenance”

Didn’t pay attention when printing the text I asked for. I did clearly state on the order to double check which they did not

Glass slightly smaller than anticipated but engraving accurate

Good service, quick delivery. Advert it shows that can be engraved on the front. Rear engraving not so good. Generally saying, the product is good look, low quality.
