These terms and conditions apply to the use of this website at www.GiftsOnline4U.com. By accessing this website and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Alcohol Legislation UK

It is illegal for any persons under 18 years of age to purchase or try to purchase alcohol or items containing a knife. It is illegal to act as an agent for someone under 18 years of age in the purchase of alcohol or items containing a knife. In purchasing wine or bladed products from GiftsOnline4U.com the customer agrees that they are not below 18 years of age or acting as an agent for anyone under 18 years of age. By accepting these terms and conditions you acknowledge that you are above 18 years of age. All age-restricted products require ID verification upon delivery.


Prices of goods shown before total include VAT (20%).

In the unlikely event that an incorrect price is shown on GiftsOnline4U.com, we reserve the right to pause the transaction. The customer will be informed by email or post of the correct price of the item(s) ordered and given the option to either continue with their order if they so desire or to obtain a refund for the amount originally received for the particular items.

Discount Codes

Any discounts codes offered are unable to be used in conjunction with any items already discounted. Any discount codes offered cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount codes.

Online payment

All transactions will be processed by Barclaycard, which authorises a secure online payment system.

Card and transaction information is not kept by GiftsOnline4U.com and consequently will not be shared or disclosed and will only be used to process orders.

Credit/Debit card payments can be made using Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro, Solo, Mastercard, Delta and JCB.

GiftsOnline4U also accepts payments online by PayPal.

Returns Policy Missing, Wrong, Faulty or Damaged goods

If a gift is found to be missing, wrong, faulty or damaged upon receipt GiftsOnline4U.com must be notified within 24 hours of delivery by phone, so we can either arrange a convenient collection of the wrong/damaged/faulty goods or ask you to send the goods back via first class post (please note: we are unable to refund special delivery costs). Once the items have been received back to our depot (at the above address), we will replace the damaged or faulty item for new ones within 2-3 working days stock permitting. Missing, damaged or faulty goods brought to our attention after this 24 hour time period will remain charged for.

Exceptions form cancellations and refunds: Goods that are personalised are not able to be cancelled or refunded unless incorrect or faulty.

If you have received a damaged or faulty item, we may request that you send the gift back to us at the address above. We will replace the damaged or faulty item for you within 2-3 working days from receipt of return. However, if you no longer require the item at this point, we will refund the cost of the gift (excluding any special delivery charges) you may incur to send the items back to us.

All goods have to be returned in the condition and packaging they have been sent to the customer, that means with all protective boxes and without any damage to the goods. If not, we might deduct an equivalent amount for compensation from the refund.

Please Note: If you have received an incorrect, damaged or faulty item, we may ask you to send the item(s) back to us, before we can send any replacements out. Should you require a gift sooner than you are able to send the incorrect gift back to us, we will take a re-payment for the full amount of the gift, which will be refunded upon receipt of the incorrect item back to our premises.

Manufacturer Warranty is available for 12 months from purchase date for items which are defective. We do not cover accidental loss or damage.

The customer should see a golden padlock on the bottom right hand side of their browser when going through the payment process with GiftsOnline4U.com, which means that your private details are secure.

Delivery Information

Where do we deliver?

GiftsOnline4U.com currently only delivers gifts FREE nationally to all mainland addresses in England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland. By accepting these terms and conditions you realise that the FREE DELIVERY only covers Monday-Friday deliveries to mainland England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland addresses via courier delivery. Unless the item is shipped via Royal Mail in which case Saturday delivery maybe applicable, or unless you have selected and paid for Saturday delivery during the checkout process.

Items weighing less than 2kg (equivalent to one 75cl bottle) will also be delivered to the Channel Islands, the Scottish Islands, Scottish Highlands, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man at the same cost outlined in the shopping cart via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. However, should you require an item or items that weigh or weighs over 2kg, delivery can still be arranged at an additional charge. Should this be the case a member of staff will contact you within 48 working hours to take the extra payment.

International Delivery

Delivery to countries outside of the UK, including the European Union, Australia and the USA can be arranged at extra cost, for further information contact our customer services team on 0177 564 0788 or by email at [email protected] before placing your order.

By agreeing to the terms and conditions, you realise that delivery outside of the UK will incur an international delivery surcharge (which can range between £5 to £75 depending upon the items ordered and the delivery destination). Should you choose not to pay this international delivery surcharge, we would be unable to offer refunds on personalised items. We can, however, send the item to an alternative address.

Duty and customs payments

The customer is responsible for paying any duty or custom charges that may occur.

Delivery Times

GiftsOnline4U.com offers a fast and free UK delivery service to Northern Ireland, Scotland, Wales and England. Orders will be processed as quickly as possible in relation to the items requested.

Normally gifts are delivered within 2-7 working days from receipt of payment (with the exception of queried items), so gifts delivered within the UK should be received within 7 working days. If this appears not to be the case, you agree to contact GiftsOnline4U.com via phone or email  [email protected] in order chase the order up, or to re-arrange delivery, which may incur, should it be found that delivery has already been attempted. An £11 redelivery charge will apply.

Orders over the value of £500 may take slightly longer than 7 working days to be delivered. Please get in touch on 0177 564 0788 for more specific delivery times of larger orders, as we are able to work to deadlines!

Please Note: Saturday deliveries can be arranged to mainland England, Wales and Scotland at an extra cost of £12 on top of any other delivery charge stated in the shopping cart. Please call us on 0177 564 0788 (9am-5pm Monday to Friday) before placing your order for instructions regarding extra payment.

UK Delivery Charges

Delivery to UK based addresses is FREE on our standard 2-7 working day service. However if you require your gift to be expedited on a Next Working Day delivery service (Monday-Friday only) or on a Saturday delivery service, a surcharge to cover this cost will need to be paid. These options can be selected during the checkout process and the extra surcharge will be added on to the total. On very rare occasions, your gift may not be available on an expedited service. If this is the case, we shall contact you by phone or email with an alternative option or to provide more information. If you require expedited delivery and would like to ensure your product is in stock before purchasing, please call our office on 0177 564 0788 BEFORE placing your order so we can double check stock levels.

PLEASE NOTE: Orders received before 1pm GMT Monday-Friday (excluding bank holidays and peak periods) will be dispatched same day for next working day delivery (Monday to Friday only). Orders received after 1pm will be dispatched the following working day.

Expedited Delivery Information and Instructions

All expedited deliveries require a signature, where the recipient is unavailable at time of delivery the courier may try and deliver again. Should there be no-one to collect the parcel after the first and/or attempt, the parcel will be sent back to the local Interlink Express depot, kept for approximately 4 working days and then will subsequently be sent back to GiftsOnline4U. Should you require the gift to be re-delivered, re-delivery will incur a £11 delivery charge, to be paid before the goods are sent back out. Should you no longer require the goods at this point, we will be happy to refund the amount you have paid for the goods (excluding personalised items and minus the £9 charge we incur from the delivery companies to have the parcel(s) returned back to us), once we receive them back in their original condition.


Cancellations: If you place an order with GiftsOnline4U and then decide that you would like to cancel the order, please notify GiftsOnline4U by phone on 0177 564 0788 AND email ([email protected]) as soon as possible.

If the order has not been personalised, a 20% handling fee will be taken off the total original amount you paid and refunded back to your original payment method. If the item has already been personalised, we will not, under any circumstance, be able to provide a refund on the original amount you paid for the item(s), although we will refund any special delivery costs you may have paid for expedited delivery, providing the goods have not yet been dispatched.

If a non-personalised item(s) has/have already been dispatched, please return the item(s) back to GiftsOnline4U at the address above at your own cost. Upon receipt, the goods will be checked and if found to be in the condition that the item(s) left us in, the amount of the item(s) minus a 20% handling charge will be refunded back to your original card.

Unwanted Items: If you receive your order (of a non-personalised item(s)) and decide that you no longer want or require it and would like to return the order (or part of the order) to GiftsOnline4U. Please send the item(s) back to the address above in its/their original condition. Once the item(s) has/have been checked a refund will be carried out for the full amount of the items minus a 20% handling charge within 10 working days. Please note that no refunds will be carried out on personalised items.

Personalised Items: Personalised products (providing they have been personalised to initial requirements) will not be refunded under any circumstance unless faulty or damaged.

GiftsOnline4U.com operates all other refunds at the discretion of the management team.

Privacy And Use of Your Personal Information

When you register and/or use GiftsOnline4U.com, you may be asked to provide certain information such as your contact details and credit/debit card or PayPal details to allow us to process your order. We do not store your credit/debit card and/or PayPal details. We may gather other information about your use of GiftsOnline4U.com, including by the use of cookies and from any messages you post , as well as any correspondence by email or letter that you send to us.
We may record and monitor incoming calls in order to maintain customer service standards and to assist staff training and we may use information that you provide to us or that is obtained by us to keep you up to date with new developments at GiftsOnline4U, including special offers, discounts, offers, competitions and so on which we consider may be of interest to you by any of the following methods: email; telephone; SMS text messages and other electronic messages such as picture messaging;post; and/or otherwise. Please note that we may store and process your information on our own information technology systems or on systems owned by third parties that may store and process your information on our behalf. We will never sell your data and you are able to opt out of our communications at any time by emailing us at [email protected], or by using the ‘unsubscribe’ link on digital communications.
People who start the checkout process and register opt-in to receive personalised messages from Giftsonline4u.com’s newsletter. The user can voluntarily unsubscribe from this communication at any time by clicking a link in these emails.

Complaints/Customer Service

The offices for GiftsOnline4U.com operate from 9am-5pm GMT Monday to Friday. The office is closed on all major bank holidays and at weekends.

Force Majeure

GiftsOnline4U.com promises to exercise every reasonable effort to meet a requested dispatch date. However, GiftsOnline4U.com shall not be liable for any loss or damage due to delays or failure to ship resulting from any cause beyond its realistic control, such as, but not limited to, compliance with laws or regulations, acts or omissions of the customer, acts of civil or military authority, judicial action, defaults of sub-contractors or suppliers, labour disputes, failure or delays in transportation, weather causing delays, embargoes, wars or riots.

Privacy Policy

GiftsOnline4U.com collects the information submitted by the customer at the time of order not only to process the customer’s purchase, but also to provide the highest level of customer service possible. We use all information in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. GiftsOnline4U.com will only send marketing material with prior consent from the customer. If the customer does not wish to receive any promotional material they have the option to uncheck the relevant box when leaving details. We do NOT pass on details to third parties. However, please note that we may store and process your information on our own information technology systems or on systems owned by third parties that may store and process your information on our behalf. We will never sell your data and you are able to opt out of our communications at any time by emailing us at [email protected], or by using the ‘unsubscribe’ link on digital communications.


For all competitions, winners must claim their prize within 7 days from the date of announcement by contacting GiftsOnline4U.com directly through the contact method advised upon announcement of the competition. If prizes are not claimed before this deadline, the entry will be voided. A new winner may be chosen at the discretion of GiftsOnline4U.com (this may not be the case for all competitions however, for example Freebee Friday and one off daily competitions).This policy refers to all competitions administered by GiftsOnline4U.com. Including those via email and on social networking sites such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, Google+ and YouTube.

Wedding Survey Competition

Exclusions from prize claim: alcohol & items already discounted and on sale. UK delivery only for competition entrants, one entry per customer. No cash equivalent prize. Winner will be selected at random. Emails collected may be used for marketing for GiftsOnline4U.


None of the above terms affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
