Can I have my item delivered next day?

Yes. If you would like to arrange next day delivery on any of the gifts we offer on the website the order needs to be received by 2pm to allow us enough time to process the order. Please ensure you call BEFORE placing your order to ensure we have the gifts you require in stock. You will also need to obtain a code from us and some special instructions for NEXT DAY delivery, which will cover speedier delivery costs. Call us on 01775 640788 between 9am and 5pm to obtain the instructions and delivery code and we shall have your item dispatched providing it is in stock on a next day delivery service with either our couriers or the Royal Mail.

Delivery Charge For Items Required Within Less Than 2-7 Working Days = 5

How long is delivery?

Delivery is normally between 2 - 7 working days. We aim to get orders out as quickly as possible after payment has been received. Normally, gifts are dispatched within 2-5 working days of receipt and delivery takes a further day. As a guide, please allow 2-3 workings days for labelled bottle gifts and 2-7 working days for engraved gifts. We can arrange speedier delivery, but this will incur an extra charge of 5.

How will my gift be sent when delivered?

We send the majority of of wine gifts, champagne gifts, engraved gifts and personalised gifts via our couriers; either Interlink, Fed Ex or through the Royal Mail depending on the delivery address and size of the parcel. Bottles gifts will normally be packaged in a cardboard box usually with a polystyrene tube to prevent the bottles from being damaged and then packed inside a Courier Bag.

Engraved Gifts are packaged differently depending on the item. Most engraved gifts will be inside a presentation gift box of some sort and then packed inside a jiffy bag or cardboard box for protection with bubble wrap and air bags to reduce the possibility of damage.

Gift sets if being sent directly to the intended gift recipient will be sent assembled with some bubble wrap or void fill to protect the gift. However, if the gift set is being sent to the customer, then on some occasions, we may send the bottles, glasses and gift box separately in one parcel to be assembled upon receipt to reduce damage.

Where Do You Deliver?

We deliver only nationally currently, within the UK. Selected items under 2kg in weight can be delivered within the EU and other international addresses for an additional postage charge.

Can my gift be delivered direct to the receiver?

Yes, but please ensure that you give us the full name and address including postcode plus a contact telephone number for the recipient should there be any problems with delivery.

In most cases, the package will need to be signed for, so if no one is at home a card will be left advising of attempted delivery. The parcel will attempt to be delivered one further time, should there still be no-one available to sign for the parcel, it will be taken back to the local FedEx UK depot and after 5 working days the parcel will be returned back to us. Re-delivery will incur an additional charge.

How Much Is Delivery?

Delivery on all of our gifts is FREE.

What is the size of your personalised wine labels?

Can I send a gift abroad?

Please get in touch on +44 (0) 1775 640788. Please be aware WE CANNOT SEND alcoholic gifts or lighters to any international address due to constraints by our couriers.

I am having trouble uploading an image, what am I doing wrong?

Firstly, make sure the image you are trying to upload is in one of the formats GiftsOnline4U accepts (.gif, .jpg). Then, ensure the filename is short and simple, with no spaces or unusual characters. "Myimage.jpg" is a good filename, but "Every1*havin*a*gud*[email protected]" may not work. Next, make sure the file size is less than 5000KB. We do not allow images over 5MB, as it takes too long to upload the image. If none of these suggestions work, it is possible that the image is corrupted. If you are still having problems, please give us a call on +44 (0) 1775 640788 and we shall try and help further.
