I ordered 2 engraved "Vulcan" tumblers but only one was delivered. I contacted you and a very helpful guy sorted the problem and the other item was delivered next day - excellent customer service. Delighted with product & will order again.

The whisky tumblers were accurately engraved & beautifully packed. The criticism is of the glasses themselves is where the glass bottoms are of uneven thickness which is very noticeable when one holds up a glass of whisky to the light as one does.

I ordered & engraved on the Wednesday afternoon, selected free 5 day delivery, it was dispatched the following day and arrived to me the Friday!
