Very easy to order online services was excellent I order this last minute and got it delivered the next day the product is excellent and engraving looks really good was a gift and they loved it

All in all very happy with the pocket watch and the clarity of the photo/inscription. My only concern is that the watch face with the picture isn’t positioned 100% correctly, with the lines that represent the hours not quite at the correct angles.

Personalised bottle was a lovely gift and done perfect! They kindly delivered the bottle a day earlier for me which was very appreciated ! :)
