I originally ordered the wrong product and wanted to cancel and change the order. I called the team, who answered almost immediately. Very helpful and very friendly. Order was canceled straight away and refunded to my PayPal that same day. Really impressed with the company and the quality of the pocket watch is exceptional. I was very surprised at the excellent quality of the gift I ordered (an engraved whisky tumbler) and the lovely box it came in. It was certainly good value for money and delivery was reasonably quick considering it had to be engraved. I will certainly be using giftsonline4u again.
